Welcome to Thriving Natives. By using our website or purchasing through our online shop or Instagram, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General
Thriving Natives (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a New Zealand sole-trader business supplying native plants within West Auckland and the wider Auckland region.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time.

2. Product Quality
We sell living plants. Natural variations, seasonal changes, and minor cosmetic marks are normal.
All plants are supplied healthy and in good condition at the time of delivery. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through:
• Our website
• Instagram direct messages
We accept:
• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer
Payment must be made in full before delivery.

4. Delivery
We hand-deliver orders within West Auckland and wider Auckland.
Typical delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days.
Severe weather or unexpected events may cause delays.
After the order is delivered to the provided address or agreed drop-off location, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for:
• Damaged plants upon delivery
• Incorrect items received
You must contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order details.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind
• Natural variations in plant appearance
• Damage or decline after delivery
• Incorrect plant care or unsuitable site conditions

6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made, as plants are prepared shortly after purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
All photos, product descriptions, plant information, graphics, and written content on our website and social media are the property of Thriving Natives.
You may not copy, download, use, or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Use the website for illegal purposes
• Copy or scrape content
• Interfere with website security or functionality
We may restrict access for misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for:
• Damage or loss after delivery
• Plant decline due to environmental conditions or care
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Website errors, downtime, or delays
