At Thriving Natives, we keep things local, just the way nature intended.
All our plants are hand-delivered across West Auckland and the wider Auckland region, ensuring they arrive fresh, healthy, and ready to thrive in your garden.

We don’t use couriers or postal services - every delivery is made personally in our covered ute or trailer, so your plants never sit in a box or depot. Whether it’s a tray of groundcovers or a ute-load of feature trees, we’ll get them to you safely and with care.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver throughout West Auckland and the wider Auckland area.

Our delivery zones and rates are:

West Auckland Local Delivery: $5.99
Wider Auckland Delivery: $9.99

**Free delivery on all orders over $150

If you’re not sure whether your address falls within these zones, just get in touch and we’ll confirm before you order.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 – 5 business days of purchase.
Because we deliver by hand and work around our nursery schedule, delivery times can vary slightly - especially during busy planting seasons.

We’ll always reach out if there’s any delay or to arrange a time that suits.

How We Deliver

Your plants will be transported directly from our nursery in the Waitākere Ranges to your door - no boxes, no warehouses, no stress.

We load everything carefully into trays, crates, or directly into our ute or trailer, keeping each plant upright and hydrated.

This hands-on approach means your plants arrive in top condition, ready to go straight into the ground or your next project.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

We take great care with every order, but if something arrives damaged or doesn’t look right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace or refund any plants that don’t meet our quality standards, no fuss.

Future Pickup Option?

We’re working toward offering Click & Collect from our West Auckland nursery as we grow. Stay tuned - it’s coming soon.
